Automatic stay-Business bankruptcy

The business may suffer losses due to unexpected stumbling blocks hit by the economy.   The debtor of the company suffers huge loss which results in bankruptcy of the company. The business in bankruptcy will obtain an Automatic stay order from the court of law when debtor files bankruptcy under any chapter of   business bankruptcy information.

The creditor has no right to put pressure on business owner in any ways either by calls, notices repossession of   secured asset until the court takes decision on bankruptcy of the business. The creditor of the business can collect the debts without changing actual state of business. The creditor of   the company has no other option rather than accepting the bankruptcy   by the owner of the company.
